Information regarding processing of personal data

Hemfosa Fastigheter processes personal data about the people who register for our subscription service in order to provide such information as interim reports, annual reports and press releases (“the Purposes”). The data that we process for the Purposes is the data provided when registering for the subscription service. This is: name, employer, e-mail address and/or telephone number (“the Personal Data”). This assumes, however, that all of this data has been provided, given that only the details required to enable Hemfosa Fastigheter to reach subscribers are mandatory. Providing other data is entirely voluntary. Hemfosa Fastigheter AB, Corp. Reg. No. 556917-4377, is the controller responsible for the processing of Personal Data.

The legal basis for processing Personal Data is that it is necessary in order for the company to provide the subscription services that you have requested. Hemfosa Fastigheter may share the Personal Data with the third parties that Hemfosa Fastigheter engages for carrying out the Purposes, for example, for administering the subscription service.

Hemfosa Fastigheter will process Personal Data for as long as a subscriber remains registered for the subscription service, and will then delete the Personal Data on the condition that Hemfosa Fastigheter is not obliged to continue to process such Personal Data. A subscriber can unsubscribe from the subscription service by following the instructions in the e-mails and text messages that we send. Personal Data is deleted when the Data is no longer processed.

Subscribers can contact Hemfosa Fastigheter if they have any questions regarding Hemfosa Fastigheter’s processing of Personal Data. All subscribers are entitled to request access to Personal Data and that such data be corrected or deleted. Subscribers can also request restriction of processing, object to certain processing of their Data or exercise their right to data portability. Furthermore, subscribers have the right to submit a complaint to the Swedish Data Protection Authority, which can be contacted at or +46 8 657 61 00.
